About Me
Originally from Southampton, NY, I moved to Paris, France where I enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Paris training in Cuisine, Pastry, and Culinary Management. Previously, I attended Boston University’s College of Communication with a B.S in Public Relations, as well as The American University of Paris where I earned my MA in Global Communication focused on Digital Technology and Media.
Driven by my passion of food and the community it can build, along with my background in communication, I look to create an environment of culinary creativity by combining my two passions. In order to do so, this websites serves as a place for sharing my recipes, experiences, and personal projects.
As a French technique classically trained chef, I am a professional chef that is passionate about creating delicious meals focused on using whole foods and seasonal products.
Additionally, I have experience in graphic design, photography, social media strategy, and podcast publishing
